Our practice focuses exclusively on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, and Trust & Probate Litigation. We seek an ambitious and aggressive litigator with 3 or more years of demonstrable experience in civil litigation to join our growing, family-oriented firm. Trial experience is important. Experience in Trust and Probate litigation is a plus, but not necessary.
You will exclusively focus on litigation in your representation of beneficiaries, trustees, and other parties in Trust and Probate matters. This is a great opportunity to establish a long-term career at our growing firm, not a transitional position.
