Description:
Barron & Redding, P.A., is a well-established, AV-Rated law firm
located in Panama City, Florida. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to
join our litigation team. In addition to working with partners on
larger projects, the Attorney will be given their own case load to
manage all aspects of litigation in collaboration with Partners. Key
duties include but are not limited to drafting pleadings, legal
research, discovery, taking and attending depositions, hearings,
mediations, trial preparation, and attendance at trials. The ideal
candidate must have 2 + years' litigation experience (preferably
commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate, and other
business litigation matters); must exhibit excellent writing and verbal
skills; meet deadlines and demonstrate the ability to work independently
and as part of a team focused on attention to detail with quality being
paramount. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with
