von Herrmann Law Firm is a law firm specializing in divorce and family matters, civil litigation and criminal defense. We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our team and support our attorneys in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
Assist senior attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and advise clients on legal options.
Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing with the State Bar.
minimun of 3 years of experience in family law, civil litigation and criminal defense.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software is a plus.
