Tucson City Court has one vacancy for a City Magistrate. The successful candidate will be appointed for a term from date of appointment for a period of four (4) years.The City Magistrate Merit Selection Commission will make a recommendation to the Mayor and Council.
Applicants must be:
- Of good moral character, and
- A resident of Arizona for one year immediately preceding recommendation, and
- Admitted to the practice of law in Arizona for five years immediately preceding recommendation.
