A National Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Capital Projects + Infrastructure practice group in our Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. office. We are seeking candidates with 4 to 6 years of project development experience with renewable energy projects and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals.This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national project development practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career.
