Arnold Gruber, Ltd., a growing Northeast Ohio law firm with the principal office in the Canton area, is seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to assist clients with a wide range of business and transactional matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include advising clients on business operations and risk management, reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements, conducting due diligence, managing transactions from start to finish, and providing practical legal solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and drafting skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ohio bar admission required; 2+ years of corporate or business law experience preferred.
