Carlton Fields is seeking a motivated associate with four to six years of experience and an interest in working on matters involving general corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities and finance to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will work closely with our senior lawyers, will possess a high level of professionalism when working and engaging with demanding clients, have the ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized, and will exercise extreme attention to detail. Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and leading transactional matters in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters requiring complex legal analysis is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued. Salary Range: $191,000 - $205,000
