This role offers direct case ownership, mentorship from experienced attorneys, and flexible work arrangements (hybrid or remote options available for the right candidate).
What You'll Do:
- Manage business, real estate, and civil litigation matters from intake to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations/trials
- Collaborate on case strategy and client communications
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed to practice in Florida (in good standing)
- 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred (but entry-level with strong skills will be considered)
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in growing within a boutique practice
