Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis for litigation cases
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
  • Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses and clients
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal administrative software, such as Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw
  • Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
  • Experience with legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation procedures
