We are looking for a highly motivated, top-notch attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities: Prepare H-1B, H-1B1, TN, O-1, EB-1, and other employment-based cases; perform legal writing; communicate with corporate clients daily; advise on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, and stay abreast of changes in immigration law.

Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience with U.S. employment-based immigration, including hands-on case preparation and high-volume nonimmigrant (H-1B, E-3, H-1B1, and TN) case management. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and experience working with Chinese-based corporate clients is a plus but not required.

This is an equity track position. We offer yearly bonuses based on firm and individual performance. We are offering a signing bonus of $10,000 to $20,000 for the right candidate and our comprehensive package of employee benefits. Additionally, we will consider hybrid work schedule option for the right candidate after 90 day probationary period.
