Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland seeks a mid-level associate to join our corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of strong M&A experience, particularly in mid-market work. In addition, experience working with emerging growth companies in financing and other corporate transactions is also desirable. We are looking for candidates who can see the big picture and also appreciate and dive into the details.

Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
