A National Law Firm's bankruptcy practice is seeking a litigation associate to join its dynamic commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicer and creditors' rights team in our Detroit, Chicago, New York or Princeton office. While commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation experience is welcome, the ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years experience handling all aspects of commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience with commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings.Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they practice.
