Troutman Pepper's Finance & Restructuring practice group has an immediate opening for a junior associate with 1 to 3 years experience to join our Wilmington, DE office. Ideal candidates will have experience in secured lending transactions or business bankruptcy. Additional experience with commercial finance or distressed M&A is a plus, but not required.We are seeking highly motivated candidates who thrive in a team-based environment and appreciate innovative thinking and collaboration to achieve objectives for our clients. Candidates should be creative, solutions-oriented, and able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Delaware Bar.
