As a key member of our dynamic Real Estate Team, this position will provide expert legal guidance on a broad range of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing. You will also be involved in mortgage financing, construction matters, and eminent domain issues for municipalities and property owners, as well as mortgage foreclosures, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and strategic legal support across these diverse areas.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate and transactional matters.
  • Assist clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Conduct title searches and resolve title issues.
  • Represent clients in real estate closings and other related legal proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and changes in regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
