Associate) with a demonstrated interest in real estate law to join our
transactional team. Responsibilities include managing the negotiation
and the drafting of legal documents, including purchase and sale
agreements, commercial leases, easements, development agreements,
financing documents, cell tower leases, and deeds. Knowledge regarding
mortgage foreclosures and trustee's sales is also valuable.
