Description:
Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Attend court proceedings and conferences as required
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, but not requiredThis position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
