Description:
Strong & Hanni is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Healthcare Law Group. Ideal candidates will have two to five years of experience in medical malpractice litigation defense. Experience representing health care providers in state and federal regulatory and compliance matters is a plus. Candidates must possess superior research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism and a proven willingness to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.Salary range is an estimate of total earnings of base salary and bonus.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah
- Trial experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product
- Skilled in legal research and writing
- Ability to brief and argue motions
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Possess understanding of regulations governing health care licensing and compliance
