The Associate Attorney will oversee non-litigation matters, ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, and committed to guiding clients through complex deals.
Responsibilities:
- Review titles, surveys, and loan documents.
- Draft and evaluate deeds, contracts, and leases.
- Oversee property settlements and issue title insurance.
- Manage IOLTA escrow accounts for compliance.
- Conduct audits to ensure legal and procedural accuracy.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active membership in the state bar.
- They should possess over 2 years of experience in transactional law, specifically focusing on real estate and business matters.
