Description:

Busy boutique law firm serving local government agencies seeks a licensed or soon-to-be licensed Attorney with an interest in local government law and civil litigation. The position involves mostly transactional work, with some litigation. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be deputized and become Deputy City Attorney for municipalities. Must be a problem-solver and proficient with computers and office software. Excellent writing and communication skills required. Status: Full-time employment with Flexible Schedule.

Salary: Competitive salary depends upon experience (starting at $130k for entry level attorneys, and $175k for highly experienced attorneys desiring partnership); Multiple bonus opportunities for demonstrated motivation.

Paid Leave: Up to 26 working days (more than 5 weeks) annually of combined Paid Time Off (PTO).
