Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney, located in Springfield, IL. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Day-to-day tasks will include representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on labor and employment law issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in civil litigation, will teach
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus
