The Opportunity:
The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to clients and represent them in court as necessary
- Conduct comprehensive case research and analysis
- Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements in a favorable and ethical manner for our clients
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to strategize on complex legal issues
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience as an attorney
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines
