Description:
Our firm is currently seeking an attorney with three or more years' experience in no-fault litigation.The role encompasses various responsibilities, including, but not limited to, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, conducting EBT's/EUO's as well as representing clients at trial and arbitration hearings.
The salary for this position is $90,000, commensurate with experience.
While the job is remote, court appearances will be necessary in New York County and Kings County multiple times per week. Some appearances in the other boroughs and Long Island will be necessary from time to time.
