Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and representation in various immigration matters including family-based immigration, and deportation defense.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
Draft legal documents including petitions, applications, and briefs with precision and clarity.
Represent clients in immigration court proceedings as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status, expectations, and outcomes.
Support the firm's mission by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a valid license to practice law in the U.S.
Strong skills in legal drafting.
Excellent litigation skills with experience in representing clients in court or administrative settings.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds.
