Description:

Parker Law Offices is a law firm located in Laguna Niguel which is experiencing growth. Currently our team needs a talented attorney to join and help us to reach new heights as we service our clients' estate planning needs in South Orange County. Presently the firm is under a heavy caseload with estate planning, trust administration and probate matters. In addition, we have recently acquired the law firm of another prominent attorney in South Orange County who has decided to retire from his practice.

We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where our team members receive the support they need in order to accomplish their goals. The successful candidate attorney will have a minimum of five years of experience working with probate matters, also with trust administrations, drafting estate planning documents, be a “self-starter” with initiative, and have the ability to operate without immediate supervision in an office with a view at the Crown Cabot Financial Center in Laguna Niguel. The qualities of having a people friendly approach, as well as being motivated to help bring peace of mind to our clients are valued in all team members with the firm. These attributes will lead to a positive fit with our firm as we embrace continued expansion in our ability to care for, and provide the highest quality of assistance to our clients.

The requirement will be twenty five hours a week to start. We anticipate the need for additional hours to increase potentially up to full time as the impact of this role helps reduce the cycle time from lead intake to estate plan signed by the client.
