A Divorce Lawyer, Child Custody Attorney in MN is seeking two dedicated and self-motivated ATTORNEYS to join our team out of our Forest Lake office. - Represent clients in all areas of family law, including dissolution, custody, child support, adoption, and related matters
- Manage litigation from start to finish, including potential client meetings, case preparation, court appearances, and settlement negotiation.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to handle complex cases and support litigation efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- JD and active MN bar license for minimum of 2 years.
- Experience in family law, including drafting, negotiations, and court appearances.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks while providing attention to detail.
- Willingness to pursue WI licensure.
- Experience in CRIMINAL DEFENSE, ESTATE PLANNING, and/or DEBT COLLECTION a plus.
