Durango Justice Advocates is a small family and criminal law firm located in the mountains of Durango, Colorado. Durango is the home to Fort Lewis College, Durango Mountain Ski Resort, and world famous hiking and mountain biking trails.Our firm has been operating in Durango for over two decades, and is dedicated to providing vigorous defense to those facing family and criminal law issues.
At the same time, we strive for work life balance, by allowing a flexible work schedule, and dedication to allowing our team members to pursue their out of the office life, whether that be spending time with family, recreating outdoors, or other activities.
We are searching for someone to practice both family and criminal law. While experience in one or both of those areas is desirable, it is a not a necessary qualification . We can provide you the training you need to be competent in these practice areas through mentorship, and outside training events..

Your compensation at the firm is made up of both a base salary and a quarterly bonus system based on your earnings.
