Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to provide legal counsel.
Draft pleadings and legal documents.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Manage all aspects of discovery.
Engage in motions practice.
Oversee and manage a robust case load.
Represent clients at trial.

What We're Looking For:

Admitted to practice law in New York.
Strong research and writing skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Experience with Medical Malpractice and/or Labor Law cases is a plus but not required.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle a case load efficiently.
