The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients.   • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks
  • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
  • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
  • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action

  • Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association
  • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
  • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
  • Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
  • Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
