Responsibilities:
  • Day-To-Day Handling of Cases and Hearings.
  • Drafting and Filing of Litigation Documents to Include Pleadings, Discovery Requests, Discovery Responses, Demands, Motions, Memorandum, Petitions, Doctor Depositions, and Pretrial Documents.
  • Interaction with Expert Witnesses, Defense Attorneys, and Doctors to Include Conferences, Drafting of Expert Reports, Affidavits and Depositions.
  • Attendance and Preparation for Depositions, Hearings, Court Appearances and Trial Appearances.

Qualification:
  • Law Degree
  • An Active Member in Good Standing with The State Bar Association
  • Workers' Compensation Experience Plus but Not Necessary, Will Train
  • Ability to Manage High Volume of Cases and Hearings
  • Excellent Client Service and Communication Skills
  • Self-Starter Driven by Long-Term Career Goals with This Law Firm
  • Superior Writing and Oral Advocacy Skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per Year
