Workers Compensation AttorneyWorkers' Compensation Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Day-To-Day Handling of Cases and Hearings.
- Drafting and Filing of Litigation Documents to Include Pleadings, Discovery Requests, Discovery Responses, Demands, Motions, Memorandum, Petitions, Doctor Depositions, and Pretrial Documents.
- Interaction with Expert Witnesses, Defense Attorneys, and Doctors to Include Conferences, Drafting of Expert Reports, Affidavits and Depositions.
- Attendance and Preparation for Depositions, Hearings, Court Appearances and Trial Appearances.
Qualification:
- Law Degree
- An Active Member in Good Standing with The State Bar Association
- Workers' Compensation Experience Plus but Not Necessary, Will Train
- Ability to Manage High Volume of Cases and Hearings
- Excellent Client Service and Communication Skills
- Self-Starter Driven by Long-Term Career Goals with This Law Firm
- Superior Writing and Oral Advocacy Skills
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per Year
