Duties and Responsibilities:
- Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of federal employment-related claims
- Advise, counsel, and represent clients on various employment matters
- Represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases
Skills and Educational Requirements: JD from accredited law school, 1-5 years of experience in federal employment law litigation background strongly preferred; Class/collective action, wage and hour, and leave law experience a plus.
