- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, closing documents. estate planning documents and probate petitions.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
