What You'll Do:
As a Family Law Attorney at An Established and Expanding Law Firm, you will:

Handle legal matters involving divorce, paternity, child custody, guardianship, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
Draft a variety of family law-related documents, including motions, responses, decrees, financial disclosures, and discovery.
Represent clients in court appearances for family law matters and effectively manage cases through trial.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and their cases progress smoothly.
Provide strategic legal advice to guide clients through emotionally charged situations.

Who We're Looking for:

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody, guardianship, and adoption.
Skills: Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple deadlines and re-prioritize as needed.
Courtroom Expertise: Experience making family law court appearances and managing cases through trial.
Client Management: Proven ability to interact well with clients and maintain ongoing communication.
Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy and familiarity with tracking billable time are required.
Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative, independence, and time management skills.
