Associate Attorney Position
Associate Attorneys will have 0-5 years' experience in municipal law, and they will be expected primarily to develop their expertise in municipal law by serving the firm's existing clients. Direct client interaction will be expected. Associate Attorney salaries are $90,000 – $110,000 per year, DOQ, plus performance bonuses up to $5,000 per quarter.
Senior Associate Attorney Position
Senior Associate Attorneys will have at least five years' experience in municipal law, at least ten years' experience as a licensed attorney, or an appropriate combination of the two. Senior Associates' first responsibility is to serve the firm's existing clients, but Senior Associates also have the authority to pursue their own clients and build their own book of business. Senior Associate Attorney salaries will be at least $110,000 per year, DOQ, plus performance bonuses up to $10,000 per quarter.
