Description:
Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Work will involve acquisitions, divestitures, private equity-sponsored transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, capital raises and private placement transactions, and other corporate transactions as well as commercial contracts and corporate governance
- Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
- Possesses strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently and productively and shows a strong interest in advancing a career in CSG
- Produces quality legal work and bills the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client service
- Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts
- Complies with the very highest ethical standards of the legal profession

Required Education: Juris Doctor

Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements
Preferred Experience: 5+ years' relevant experience in M&A and other transactional work; substantial experience in drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documents.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect - actively utilizes support staff or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction
- Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit (or utilize a standing desk) for prolonged periods and work on a computer
