Our team is open to this associate working in any of our 24 offices.
- Preferred candidate would have 2 to 5 years of experience in all facets of litigation including managing discovery matters and performing critical legal research. Financial services litigation experience is a plus.
- Ideal candidate is interested in becoming a well-trained trial lawyer capable of handling matters as first-chair. They must have strong problem-solving, communication, and writing skills, a willingness to argue motions and take witnesses, a desire to assume immediate responsibility for matters, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team. The practice group offers excellent growth opportunities for proactive lawyers.
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills are required.
