Description of Duties:
- Manage civil litigation cases through all phases, from assignment to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
- Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions, filings, and motion practice.
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations (in-person and virtual), with support as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of learning by participating in training sessions and sharing knowledge across the team.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients.
- May perform additional tasks to support team needs and business operations; duties may evolve over time based on organizational priorities.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in just California or both California and Nevada (or pending admission with eligibility).
- Member in good standing with the California Bar or both California and Nevada (or eligible for membership).
Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position typically ranges from $95,000 -$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
