The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience.Baum O'Connor Cullen Chmiel is a firm of trial lawyers who focus their practice on the representation of physicians, medical practice groups, hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care professionals in medical malpractice litigation. The successful candidate will draft and respond to written discovery, conduct medical records reviews, attend oral arguments, attend depositions and assist in trial preparation and trial.
Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills are a must. Pennsylvania bar admission required. Great group of lawyers and support staff with whom to build your career and grow professionally.
In office position. Salary commensurate with experience ($80,000+). Year-end bonus tied to performance.
