A mid-sized, regional, litigation firm is seeking an associate for its Louisville, KY location with flexibility for remote work. Duties include every aspect of civil litigation, from pre-suit claim evaluation to trial, consisting of research and investigation of factual and legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending hearings and depositions. Duties may also include drafting coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage disputes.Requirements:
Licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana.
