Required Education: Juris Doctor

Preferred Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements; Registered to practice before the USPTO

Preferred Experience: 3+ years' experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm
Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect - actively utilizes support staff, patent agents, or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction

Travel Required: Less than 10%
