The Opportunity:
Our Government Investigations & White-Collar Defense team in Dallas is hiring an associate with at least four years' experience, preferably in white-collar criminal defense and government investigations. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:

You have four years of experience or more as described above or similar experience, with preference given to those with trial or other courtroom experience;
You have worked on a combination of criminal and regulatory matters, including DOJ investigations, SEC enforcement matters, internal investigations, and related practice areas;
You have strong research and writing skills;
You possess the ability to work well in a dynamic group while also advancing cases on your own, including the desire to grow into a leadership role; and
You have a JD degree and are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Texas.
