Your Role:
The Associate General Counsel, Market Access and Operations serves as a key member of the Legal Department, providing strategic and operational legal support for the company's U.S. Market Access, Patient Support, Trade and Distribution, and Commercial Operations functions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, the incumbent will advise on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues impacting pricing, reimbursement, distribution, payer interactions, and patient support initiatives.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience with significant transactional experience
- Strong ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and guidance in a practical, business-oriented manner
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiating skills
- Strong skills in working collaboratively across multiple functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior in-house experience at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare fraud and abuse laws, FDA regulatory matters, and market access and patient support program compliance
- Experience supporting commercial business units, including payer contracting, pricing, and patient access strategies
- Experience participating in or advising MLR/Promotional Review Committees
- Background in compliance counseling or interaction with government agencies (OIG, DOJ, FDA)
Pay Range for this position: $187,700.00 - $340,200.00.
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
