Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a newer attorney looking to establish a career in family law. As part of our firm, you will work closely with senior attorneys, providing legal support on a variety of family law matters while gaining hands-on experience and developing strong advocacy skills. We are looking for someone who can start within the next few months.

Responsibilities:

Assist in handling family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, child support, spousal support, and adoption matters.
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Participate in client consultations, offering advice and assistance under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Represent clients in court hearings and mediations, as needed, and initially with supervision from senior counsel.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and filings.
Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Ensure all case-related documents and tasks are completed promptly and in accordance with legal timelines.
