Job Summary:A National Law Firm seeks an Associate in its Omaha office to join its Employment Law practice. This dynamic role is ideal for an attorney with some experience in litigation and/or labor and employment law and whose career goal is to develop the skills, experience, and knowledge to practice full time in the labor and employment law space providing advice and counseling to employers and litigating or assisting with the litigation of employment law claims.

Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing required
- Some experience in civil litigation and or employment law in either a law firm or legal department is preferred
