Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team in the Workers Compensation field. The ideal candidate will possess some workers compensation experience, but that specific experience is not required, just preferred. This position requires excellent legal drafting skills and the ability to conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis. The Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal advice, representing clients, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to Workers Compensation and Personal Injury.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents and pleading.
- Assist clients with navigating complex legal processes and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress within the law office.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients or cases.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to CA State Bar.
