Summary of Position:
As an Associate Workers Comp Attorney, you will act as a mentor to the paralegals within your department, triage cases, and manage caseloads. You will also be tasked with keeping up to date on relevant rules, regulations and requirements related to your department's practice area. You will assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising documents including but not limited to motions and pleadings. You will perform complex, detailed, and timely research, investigation, and legal documentation, correspondence, and or reporting. You will be expected to make court appearances when necessary. You will have a team spirit and, overall, be client minded.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • One to three years of Work Comp experience
