We are growing our practice and seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney to join our team.Position Summary:
New attorneys are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years of proven litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in special education matters, from inception to mediations,
- Oversee and grow the personal injury department, including case strategy, client communication, and litigation management.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
- Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage case files from intake through resolution.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Minimum 1 years of litigation experience (trial, hearing, or administrative litigation preferred).
- Excellent oral advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Commitment to client-centered, empathetic advocacy.
