Rathbone Group LLC is a professional services law firm dedicated to representing insurance carriers and other business clients in the investigation and litigation of property and bodily injury subrogation claims throughout the United States. Its attorneys are licensed to practice law in over 20 states and the District of Columbia.Rathbone Group is looking for a driven attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join its Texas practice. This is a cyber-attorney position, so the location is flexible, but it is ideal for this person to reside in the Dallas area. Applicants be admitted to the Texas Bar, and they should have exemplary organizational and negotiation skills with an ability to handle a large volume of cases from investigation through litigation and trial.
Candidates should be resourceful and have the ability to work well with others and independently. Prior civil litigation experience in local courts and with litigation, discovery, motion practice and trial experience is desired.

Required Experience:
- Attorney: 1+ Years
- Litigation, Discovery, Motion Practice and Trial: 1+ Years
- Handling a Large Volume of Cases from Investigation Through Litigation and Trial: 2+ Years
- Prior Civil Litigation in Texas Courts: 1+ Years
