We are Mallison & Martinez, a Class Action and Employment firm in Downtown Oakland, and we are looking for a new member of our team. We seek a mid-to-senior level associate with experience in Employment Law and Class Actions. The size of our office allows for unique opportunities to play lead roles in delivering solutions to our clients. We represent a diverse client base on a contingent fee basis so that employees and consumers can afford the best representation available without worries about cost.

Ideal candidates will have three to five years' experience as a practicing lawyer in areas of Employment Law. The ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish are necessary. Experience with the peculiarities of California Employment Law and its administration in the workplace is essential. We seek motivated, committed, meticulous and organized individuals with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Candidates with an enterprising spirit and driving work ethic are particularly desired.
