An Elder Law & Title 19 Planning Law Firm, in West Bend, Wisconsin has a great opportunity for an Associate Attorney. We are a small firm that practices in the fields of estate planning, elder law and special needs planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, small business, and guardianship law.

Position Summary: After proper training, the Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to meet and work directly with firm clients to discuss the details of client matters and to assist with their legal work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible to review client files, attend meetings and other proceedings, communicate and provide legal advice to clients, and draft legal documents and correspondences as needed. Proper mentorship will be available.

Primary Qualifications:
  • Interest in practicing in the estate planning and elder law/special needs planning field
  • 1-3 years experience (preferred - firm will help train and mentor the right candidate)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high volume practice
  • Team player willing and able to work closely with clients and with firm staff
