Position Overview:This full-time role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The associate attorney will handle a range of personal injury cases, working closely with clients to deliver results while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion and managing cases from inception through trial.
- DC Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing with the D.C. Bar is required; Virginia and Maryland Bars a plus.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively within a team.
